Free Foam expanded PVC panels are popular for a wide range of internal and external sign making. These high density sheets are rigid and have a surface hardness suitable for many applications including:

The panels supplied by Cgate have a fine cell structure and a very smooth surface which is also suitable for direct printing with digital flatbed printed or with traditional silk screen. They are supplied with a protective film on one side which is easily removed. The white surface of Cgate’s Free Foam PVC panels is excellent for printing but the panels can also be supplied in a range of colours. They are moisture, mildew and fungus resistant as well as being strong and hard wearing.
